Funeral Services for Zedekiah Derrick Thompson 19, of Tsaile, Arizona will be held on Monday-December 19, 2016-11:00 AM at the Tsaile Commuinity Church in Tsaile, Arizona. Burial will follow at the Lukachukai Community Cemetery.

He is survived by his Mother: Michelle Lang and Step Father Gillmore John of Tsaile, Arizona; Brother: Derrick Damion Thompson of Lukachukai, Arizona; Sisters: Zedrakiah Thompson, Zedraielle Thompson, Zemetriah Thompson, Zee'azariah Thompson and Michelle John all of Lukachukai, Arizona; Father: Derrick Thompson of Tsaile, Arizona.
Pallbearers will be: Derrick Thompson, Gillmore John, Herrick John, Ken Armando Phillips, Ryan Tso, Zamora Yazzie
