Services for Vernon Ray Ferguson, 67, of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-February 8, 2007-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow in Dove Creek, Colorado. Pastor Dale Copeland will officiate.

Visitation will will be held on Wednesday-February 7, 2007-5:00PM-8:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.

Mr. Ferguson was born on September 6, 1939 in Dove Creek, Colorado and passed away on February 4, 2007 in Milan, New Mexico.

He is survived by his children: Tony Ferguson of Milan, New Mexico, Boyd and wife Linda Ferguson of Idabel, Oklahoma, and Karen Dickerson of Dierks, Arkansas; Father: Vernon Arthur Ferguson of Ellington, Missouri; Brothers: Curtis Ferguson of Cortez, Colorado, Willis Ferguson of Grand Junction, Colorado, Leom Ferguson of Cortez, Colorado and Howard Ferguson of Winona, Missouri; Sister: Reba Davis of Harrison, Arkansas; and 4 Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Fay Ferguson; Mother: Elva Ferguson.

Pallbearers will be: Tony Ferguson, Boyd Ferguson, Howard Ferguson, Steven Ferguson, Daniel Ferguson, and Johnny Dickerson.
