Memorial Services for Transito Ruiz-Perez, 86, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-March 15, 2008-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow at a later date in Spain.
Transito was born on April 17, 1921 in Cordoba, Spain and passed away on March 7, 2008 in Grants, New Mexico.
She is survived by her daughter: Maria Vilches-Ruiz of Grants, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Richard Langenburg and wife Victoria Penalber de Langenburg of Madrid Spain, Maria Donald and husband Kirby of Castle Rock, Washington, and Elizabeth Pietry and husband Robert of Oxford, Australia; Great Granddaughters: Sandra Langenburg, Jennifer Donald, Abby Donald, Molly Donald and Jemma Pietry and many friends and relatives in Spain.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Jose Vilches del Rio; Son: Rafael Vilches Ruiz; Parents: Jose Ruiz and Dolores Perez-Ruiz.
