Funeral Mass for Tommy "Tomas" Aragon, 51, of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Friday-February 24, 2006-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Father Matthew Keller will officiate. Burial will follow at the Cubero Community Cemetery on Saturday.
A Rosary will be recited on Thursday-February 23, 2006-7:00 PM at the St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Tomas was born on April 13, 1954 in Gallup, New Mexico and passed away on February 19, 2006 in Milan, New Mexico. He had been employed with Wal Mart before his illness. He was active Commander for he Sons of The AMerican Legion for ten years.
He is survived by his wife: Dawn of Milan, New Mexico; Sons: Tomas Aragon, JR. of Milan, New Mexico and Bryan Duhon of Colorado now serving in the US Army in Iraq; Brothers: Douglas Aragon of Gallup, New Mexico,, Nabor Aragon of Cubero, and Theodore Aragon of Cubero, New Mexico; Sisters: Yolanda Garcia of California, Ida Aragon of Cubero, New Mexico, Catherine Talamante of Utah and Brenda Pickerd of Arizona; Granddaughter Ashley Duhon of Florida and Grandson Maddux Donisthorpe of Colorado; 43 nieces and nephews.
Tomas was preceded in death by his parents: Juaquin "Jake" Aragon and Adela Gonzales Aragon; brothers: Roger Aragon and Julius Aragon; Sister: Dolores Aragon.
Pallbearers will be: Christopher Denny and Benjamin Aragon.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: all his Friends and Family.
