A dedicated Professional Cowboy, Todd's heart thrived in the world of rodeo, where he showcased his remarkable skills in training roping horses. It was in the dust and sweat of the arena that he found solace and joy, embracing the rugged spirit of the West that coursed through his veins. His passions were a testament to his character—a blend of hard work, dedication, and an innate connection to the land that shaped him.

Todd's academic journey culminated in an Associates Degree in Business, highlighting his commitment to lifelong learning and growth. This pursuit of knowledge perfectly complemented his vibrant personality, allowing him to approach life with both intellect and exuberance.

His passing leaves a profound void in the lives of those who cherished him. Survived by his loving parents, Glennalden and Ernest Rangel, and his brother, Billy Ken Rangel, Todd's family was a source of pride and strength. He also held a special place in his heart for his paternal grandmother, Nellie Charley, and his beloved nieces, Henlee and Paislee Rangel, alongside his cherished familial bonds that extended throughout his life.

Though he has reunited in spirit with his deceased family members—his maternal grandparents Janice and Martin Martinez, and his paternal grandfather Elias Rangel—Todd's influence remains palpable, resonating in the stories and memories shared by those who loved him.

A farewell to Todd Ernest Rangel will be held on March 31, 2025, at Mt. Taylor Funerals & Cremations / Compassion Mortuary in Grants, New Mexico, beginning at 11:00 AM. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Grants Memorial Park Cemetery at 12:15 PM, where his spirit will forever roam free, entwined with the very earth he cherished.
