Thomas was born on June 19, 1966 in Grants, New Mexico and he passed away on August 11, 2017 in Grants, New Mexico.
He is survived by his Companion: Jerime Prue of Grants, New Mexico; Brothers: Richard Roybal of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Joey Roybal of Grants, New Mexico; Sisters: Veronica Carreon and husband Patricio, Diana Rodriguez and husband Carlos, Angela Roybal-Vigil and husband Leonard and Patricia Roybal all of Grants, New Mexico; Many Nieces and Nephews.
He is preceded in death by his Father: Vincet Foster; Mother: Susie M. Roybal; Niece: Renee Roybal-Vigil.
Pallbearers will be: Patricio Carreon, David Vigil, Johnny Carreon, Carlos Rodriguez, Reuben Sandoval,Louis Salcido.
Honorary Pallbearer will be: Gabriel Roybal.
