Funeral services for Thomas Alvin Corcoran of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd at 1:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary in Grants, NM. Burial will follow at City of Grants Memorial Park.







Thomas A. (T.A.) Corcoran, 89, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home on March 11th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Carolyn, and his wonderful grandson, Robert.







T.A. is survived by his 3 children, Venita Elliott and her husband Bill, T.A. III, Jill Aldaz and her husband Rick Rougemont; his brother Dr. David Corcoran of West Virginia; 2 grand children, Roxanna Elliott and Kimberly Elliott; 4 great-grandchildren, Cole Bishop, Aubrey Lombardelli, Courtney Lombardelli, Anthony Lombardelli; and several nieces and nephews.







T.A. was a retired mining engineer and Navy veteran. In his spare time, he was an avid fisherman, life-long Cubs fan, expert Bridge and Pai Gow poker player, and overall amazing husband, father, and grandfather. T.A. was the guiding light for his family.
