Rosary and Funeral Mass for Solomon Gallegos, 83, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-January 29, 2014-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery.
Solomon was born on September 28, 1930 in San Rafael, New Mexico and he passed away on January 23, 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a Veteran of US Army serving in Korea Conflict.
He is survived by his Sons: Marlin Gallegos and wife Bridget, Pete Gallegos and Richard Gallegos; Daughters: Louella Jaramillo and husband Sammy, Sharon Gallegos: Sisters: Marcella Blacklock and husband Bob, Rosie Baca, and Josie Mills: 13 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife: Beatrice Gallegos; Parents: Pedro Gallegos and Francita Gallegos; Sisters: Mary and Romilia; Brother: Ambrosia Gallegos; Daughter-in-law: Robin Gallegos; Great Grandson: Armando Balli.
