Salvador was born on December 31, 1940 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico and he passed away on April 2, 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He is survived by his wife: Ada Alcie Archunde Rodriguez of Seboyeta, New Mexico and Son: Joseph Rodriguez of Grants, New Mexico.
