Funeral Services for Rita Rose Begay 69, of Gallup, New Mexico will be held on Friday-April 25, 2014-12:00(Noon) at the Compassion Harbor Church 301 E. Coal Ave. Gallup, New Mexico. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Bishop G.I Gerrard will officiate.
Rita was born on August 10, 1944 in Prewitt, New Mexico and she passed away on April 18, 2014 in Gallup, New Mexico.
She is survived by her loving husband: Brown Begay of Gallup, New Mexico; Mother: Nellie Francisco Begay of Haystack, New Mexico: Sons: Bryan Begay of Gallup, New Mexico and Gabriel Begay of San Angelo, Texas; Daughters: Alta Adrian of Twentynine Palms, Califorina, Neomi Chato of Yuma, Arizona, Christiane Tso of Gallup, New Mexico and Felica Douglas of El Cajon California; Sisters: Janice Lubinewski of Oxnard, California and Juanita Joe of Signal Hill, California; 12 Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild.
She is preceded in Death by her father: Charlie Joe and Brother: Jimmy Albert.
Pallbearers will be: Bryan Begay, Gabriel Begay, Henry Joe, Michael Medina, Arron Joe and Joe Morales.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Nathaniel Thomas, Noah Douglas, Gabriel Begay, Jr., Josiah Begay, Leticia Morales, Kristiannette Thomas, Cheyenne Thomas, Kiana Chato, Brooke Chato, Ariya Begay, Keria Begay and Kaia Silas.
