Funeral Services for Rena M. Leyba 93 of Prewitt, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-September 26, 2019-10:00 AM at the Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Haystack, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Prewitt Community Cemetery. Pastor Edward King will officiate.
Rena was born on July 8, 1926 in Grants, New Mexico and she passed away on September 19, 2019 in Prewitt, New Mexico.
She is survived by her Son: Larry Chavez of Gallup, New Mexico; Daughter: Sadie Leyba of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Roger Martinez of Haystack, New Mexico; Sisters: Margaret Lopez of Casa Blanca, New Mexico, Rosita Candelaria of San Rafael, New Mexico, Lola Mares of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Frances Martinez of Phoenix, Arizona; 16 Grandchildren, 47 Great Grandchildren and 15 Great Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband: Florencio Sanchez Leyba; Parents: Frank Martinz, Sr. and Stella "Miller" Martinez.
