Raymond was bornon April 27, 1943 in Jacobsburg, Ohio and he passed away on December 24, 2012 in Grants, New Mexico. He is survived by his loving wife: Romalda Ray Allen of Grants, New Mexico; Mother: Geneva McVay Allen of Senecaville, Ohio; Children: Daniel Allen of Albuquerque, New Mexico, James Allen and wife Martha of Barstow, California and Teresa Kamel and husband Jamal of Houston, Texas; Brother: Roy Allen of Buffalo, Ohio; Sister: Roseann Russell of Senecaville, Ohio; Granddaughters: Rema Kamel, Isabel Allen, Esperanza Allen, Dalia Kamel, Gabriella Allen, Grandsons: Jonathan Allen, Nasser Kamel, Evan Allen, Zain Kamel. He is preceded in death by his: Father: Christy Allen. Pallbearers will be: Daniel James, Jamal Kamel, James Allen, Richard Ray, Jonathan Allen, Burtis Gordon and Nasser Kamel.
