Rosary and Funeral Mass for Ray Junior Chavez 60, of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-September 9, 2014-9:30 AM at San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery. Father Vigil will be the Celebrant.

Ray was born on March 26, 1954 in San Rafael and he passed away on September 3, 2014 in Milan, New Mexico.

He is survived by his loving wife: Marcella Martinez Chavez of Milan, New Mexico; Sons: Cardenio Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Eugene Chavez and wife Rochelle of Milan, New Mexico; Daughters: Valerie Quintana and husband Andy of Las Vegas, Nevada and Delores Chavez of Maryland; Brother: Rudy Chavez of San Rafael, New Mexico and Claudie Chavez of San Rafael, New Mexico; Sister: Frances Gallegos and husband Nick of Las Vegas, Nevada; 9 Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Ray T. Chavez and Delores Jaramillo Chavez.
