He is survived by his wife: Juanita "Johnny" Rangel of Gallup, New Mexico; Son: Vincent Rangel of Rio Rancho,New Mexico; Daughters: Renee Rangel of Gallup,New Mexico and Kasssie Rangel of Gallup, New Mexico; Brothers: Frank Rangel of Gallup, New Mexico and Richard Rangel of Gallup, New Mexico; Sisters: Cynitha Rangel of Gallup, New Mexico and Rebecca Apel of Gallup, New Mexico; 3 Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his Daughter: Shannon Rangel and granchild; Parents: Santiago Rangel and Tita Mazon Garcia; Brother: Jimmy Rangel.
