Funeral Mass for Rafael C. Gallegos, 77 of San Rafael, New Mexico will be held on Monday-November 12, 2007-10:00 AM at San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery. Military Honors by the Veterans of Post 3221.



A Rosary will be held on Sunday-November 11, 2007-7:00 PM at the San Rafael Catholic Church.



Mr. Gallegos was born on November 4, 1930 in San Rafael, New Mexico and passed away on November 8, 2007 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is survived by his children: Rafael Gallegos, Jr. and wife Wendy of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Gregory Gallegos and wife Loretta of Grants, New Mexico Barbara Goltz and companion Sean Lujan of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Tiffany Grine and husband Albert of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lonetta Gallegos of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tranette Goltz of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chelsea Gallegos of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Gordon Gallegos of Grants, New Mexico, Cassy Gallegos of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Great Grandchild: Marika Grine of Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Lucy Gallegos;Son: Ronnie Gallegos; Parents: Alfredo Gallegos, Sr. and Amailia Gallegos; Brothers: Alfredo Gallegos, Jr., Fermin Gallegos, Sr., Martin Gallegos; Sister: Rose Saavedra.



Pallbearers will be: Gordon Gallegos, Alfred Saavedra, Henry Murrietta, Jr., Chris Lopez, Toby Gallegos, David Chavez.
