Phil DeHerrera

Funeral Mass for Phil Frank DeHerrera 82, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-March 10, 2010-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. The Very Rev Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



Visitation will be held on Tuesday-March 9, 2010-2:00 PM-8:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.



Phil was born on June 4, 1927 in Antonito, Colorado and he passed away on March 6, 2010 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner.



He is survived by his children: Phil DeHerrera and wife Evelyn of Grants, New Mexico, Jimmy DeHerrera and wife Arlene of Grants, New Mexico, Alfred DeHerrera of Milan, New Mexico, George DeHerrera of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Connie Jaramillo and husband Patrick of Grants, New Mexico, Bobby DeHerrera of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joseph DeHerrera of Grants, New Mexico, Fernando DeHerrera and wife Kathy of Farmington, New Mexico, Cathy DeHerrera and companion Albino Terrazas of Pueblo, Colorado, Delores Jaramillo of Las Vegas, Nevada; Grandchildren: Duane, Lindsey, Adrian, Marcos, Dominic, Serafin, Tiffany, Shellie, Monica, Eloy, Wendy, Raymond, Leandra, Jonahan, Brittany and Amber; Great Grandchildren: Sierra, Sean, Joshua, Esperanza, Estrella, Anthony, Humberto, Christopher, Andrew, Savannah, Derek, Donovan, Monique, Siolo, Michael, Adrian, Marcos, Andres, Isabella, Emily, Julianna, Camilio, Robert, Angelina and Leandia.



He is preceded in death by his parents: Victor and Della DeHerrera.



Pallbearers will be: Duane DeHerrera, Adrian DeHerrera, Marcos DeHerrera, Dominic DeHerrera, Serafin DeHerrera, Eloy Romero, Derek Dominguez and Donovan Dominguez.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Shellie Garcia, Wendy Romero, Lindsey Medina, Monica DeHerrera, Leandra Jaramillo, Tiffany DeHerrera, Amber Jaramillo and Brittany Jaramillo.
