Funeral Services for Paula S.Tatsukawa Goforth, 54, of Navajo Estates will be held on Friday-September 30, 2005-2:00 PM at the New Life Apostolic Church 200 Canyon De Chelly, Gallup, New Mexico. Pastors, Jerry Eastridge,Wesley Eastridge, Bruce Footracer, Jose Lavato and Andy Hall will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
Mrs. Goforth was born on June 4, 1951 in Gallup, New Mexico and went home to be with the Lord on September 27, 2005 at her home in Navajo Estates, New Mexico. She was an active member of her church The United Pentecostal Indian Church. She was dedicated to her work with the children and youth of her church.
She is survived by her husband: Dr. Wayne Goforth of Navajo Estates, New Mexico; Mother: May Tatsukawa of Gallup, New Mexico; Children: Mike Goforth of Poolvile, Texas, Todd Goforth of Azle, Texas, Lucinda Hall of King Salmon, Alaska and Kimberly Corl of Las Cruses, New Mexico; Brother: Robert Tatsukawa of Gallup, New Mexico and 13 Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father: Mike Tatsukawa.
Pallbearers will be: Jerry Duke, Bill Clark, Eddie Kirk,George Athens, Norman Nomoto, Irvin Nez, and Norman John.
