Funeral Services for Pastor John Leroy Smith, 57, of Cubero, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-September 21, 2013-10:30 AM at the Family of Life Assembly of God Church, Cubero, New Mexico. Burial will be held at a later date in Gresham Cemetery, Ellsinore, MO.
A wake will be held on Friday-September 20, 2013-6:00 PM at the Family of Life Assembly of God Church in Cubero, New Mexico.
John was born on July 4, 1956 in Granite City, Illinois and he went home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2013 in Cubero, New Mexico. He had been the Pastor of the Family of Life Assembly of God Church in Cubero for the last 13 years. He was devoted to his Lord and Savior and his Church Family.
He is survived by his Loving Wife: Nelda Dillon Smith of Cubero, New Mexico; Daughter: Penelope Melissa Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Parents: John Leroy Smith, Sr. and Florence Brame Smith of Ellington, Missouri; Brother: Lyndale Smith of Stockton, Missouri.
