Rosary and Funeral Mass for Pablo R. Gonzales 85, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-January 3, 2012-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will be held at the Grants Memorial Park with full Military Honors by the VFW Lodge 3221.
Pablo was born on June 30, 1926 in Madrid, New Mexico and he passed away on December 24, 2011 in Grants, New Mexico.
He is survived by his children: Paul Gonzales and wife Christine of Milan, New Mexico, Barbara Lopez and husband Steve of Milan, New Mexico, Edwina Vigil and husband Edward of Valinda, Californina, Diana Romero of Fresno, California, Martha Garcia of Fresno, California, Pauline Hunick of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Anita Arellano of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Sister: Molly Madrid of San Diego, California; Brother: Raymond Chavez of Fort Wayne, Indiana; 48 Grandchildren and 27 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Lucy Vallejos Gonzales; Parents: Isabel and Frances Gonzales; Sisters: Felicita "Feliz" Valles, Socorro Gallegos and Ruth Garcia; Brothers: Jesus Rodriguez, John Gonzales, Frank Gonzales and Vidal Rodriguez.
Pallbearers will be: Vincent Vigil, Joshua Andrade, Jacob Lopez, Toby Lopez,Dillon Gonzales and Teddy Gonzales.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Steve Lopez, Edward Vigil, Collin Roberts, and Rory Roberts.
