Rosary and Funeral Mass for Pablo Candelaria 88, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-May 18, 2015-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



He was born on April 28, 1927 in LaTineja, New Mexico and he passed away on May 13, 2015 in Grants, New Mexico.



He retired from Continental Divide Electric in 1990 after 38 years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1959. He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.



He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years: Martina Salcido Candelaria of Grants, New Mexico; Son: Walter L. Candelaria and wife Ida of Henderson, Nevada; Daughter: Elaine Ulibarri and husband Robert Michael of Grants, New Mexico; Sister: Jennie Dawa of Phoenix, Arizona; Grandchildren: Renee Jarvis, Cindy Enciso, Brandy Reyes, Carl Candelaria; 10 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.



He is preceded in death by his Children: Tony Candelaria and Shirley Candelaria; Parents: Manuel Antonio Candelaria and Virginia Baca Candelaria; Brother: Richard Candelaria; Sister: Mary Salcido.



Pallbearers will be: Carl Candelaria, Daniel Reyes, George Jarvis, Chris Norman, Josh Jarvis, Louie Trujillo.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: All of his Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren, his Nieces, Nephews and fellow members of the Knights of Columbus, David Ulibarri, Troy Ulibarri, Ralph Chavez, Levi Leyba, Steve Marez and Mike Moraga.
