Olivia Velasquez

Olivia Velasquez was born in Cubero, NM on July 5, 1943, and passed on Thursday August 10, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Victorio Velasquez and Beroniz Tafoya Velasquez. She is survived by her sister, Lucia Peterson, and her brother Juan de Jesus Velasquez, and three generations of nieces and nephews.



Pallbearers will be Lawerence V. Peterson; John Andrew Peterson, Byron Steele, Lawrence Thomas Peterson, Curtis Steele, Thor Omen Peterson.

Rosary will be Monday evening, August 21 at 6:30pm and a funeral Mass celebrated by Father Mathew Keller Will be held at Our Lady of Light Church in Cubero, NM on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at 10:30 am, and laid to rest at the Cubero Cemetery following services.
