Funeral Mass for Mary L. Turner, 64, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-May 10, 2007-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Father Alberto Avella will be the Celebrant.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday-May 9, 2007-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Mary was born on February 12, 1943 in Lordsburg, New Mexico and passed away on May 4, 2007 in Grants, New Mexico. Mary had worked for the Homestake Uranium Mill.
She is survived by her daughters: Donna Chavez of Grants, New Mexico, Barbara Gallegos of Grants, New Mexico, Suzie Cano-Chavez of Grants, New Mexico, Christine Gallegos-Hendrix and husband Steve of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Sandy Gallegos-Luna of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sister: Vera Marez of Washington; Brothers: Herman Montoya, Freddie Montoya and Eusebio Montoya, Jr. all of Oso Ridge, New Mexico; 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband: John P. Turner; Parents: Eusebio Montoya, Sr. and Tomasita Rael Montoya; Brothers: Ray Montoya and Dino Montoya.
Pallbearers will be: Steve Hendrix, Jessie Padilla, Anthony Vigil, Dillon Luna, Peter Marez, Michael Montoya.
