Mary Murrietta

Rosary and Funeral Mass for Mary D. Murrietta 81, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-November 24, 2014-9:30 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



Mary was born on July 12, 1933 in Grants, New Mexico and she passed away on November 19, 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



She is survived by her loving children: Barbara Sandoval and husband Frank of Albuquerque, New Mexico Abel Murrietta and wife Barbara of San Rafael, New Mexico, Angela Romero of Albuquerque, New Mexico Rudy Murrietta and wife Dina of Grants, New Mexico, Freddie Murrietta and wife Leslie of San Rafael, New Mexico ; Brothers: Nick Gallegos (Frances) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Max Gallegos (Karen) of Grants, New Mexico and Modesto Gallegos of Las Vegas, New Mexico; Sisters: Lucy Abeyta of Salt Lake City, Utah, Carol Winters of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Elida Clay of Grants, New Mexico, Berna Denomme (Roger) of Grants, New Mexico, and Katie Guzman (Arnold) of Grants, New Mexico; 10 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her Loving Husband: Benito Murrietta; Parents: Nick Gallegos and Inez McBride Gallegos; Brothers: Pablo Gallegos, Nacifor Gallegos and Lawrence Gallegos; Sister: Gloria Chavez.



Pallbearers will be: Abel Murrietta, Jr., Nick Murrietta, Joey Murrietta, Benito Murrietta, Lenny Romero, Shai Gonzales, Carlos Gonzales and Arsenio Martinez.
