Martina Puckett

Funeral Mass for Martina Alice Puckett 30, of Bloomfield, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-November 4, 2010-10:00 AM at San Rafael Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



A Rosary will be held on Wednesday-November 3, 2010-7:00 PM at San Rafael Catholic Church.



Martina was born on September 8, 1980 in Grants, New Mexico and she passed away October 29, 2010 in Bloomfield, New Mexico.



She is survived by her husband: Walter Puckett, III of Muskogee, Oklahoma; Son: Dominic Walter Puckett of Bloomfield, New Mexico; Mother: Evelyn Wilson of Farmington, New Mexico; Sisters: Antonia Tafoya and husband Tommy of San Rafeal, New Mexico, Annabelle Tafoya of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Lucy Harris of Bloomfield, New Mexico, Annette Chavez and husband Teotso Lucero of San Rafael, New Mexico, Nancy Chavez of Rifle, Colorado, Samantha Chavez and husband Christino Enriques of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Peggy Chavez of Jacksonville, Texas; Brothers: Bill Tafoya of Farmington, New Mexico and James Tafoya of Milan, New Mexico.



She is preceded in death by her father: Martin Chavez.



Pallbearers will be: Jordan Padilla, Alias Atencio, Roslin Garza, Consuelo Tafoya, James Tafoya, Jr., Pedro Zeferino.
