Funeral Services for Marie Hudson Delgarito, 82, of Thoreau, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-March 9, 2006-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Edward King will officiate.
Marie was born into the The Sleeping Rock People and for the
Salt People on January 1, 1924 in Bluewater Village, New Mexico and passed away on March 4, 2006 in Grants, New Mexico.
She is survived by her children: Ruby Billy of Thoreau, New Mexico, Pauline Hudson of Haystack, New Mexico and Ernest Hudson of Prewitt, New Mexico; Sister: Flora Hudson-Martinez of Prewitt, New Mexico; 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Amos Delgarito; Parents: Jack Bruce and Fannie Hudson; Brothers: Lew Yazzie, Lou Hudson Cecil Lewis, Sr. and Bruce Hudson.
