Services for Maria Noriega, 88, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-March 25, 2008-11:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Pastor Clemente Saavedra will officiate. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held on Monday-March 24, 2008-4:00-7:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.
Ms. Noriega was born on January 19, 1920 in Chihuahua, Mexico and passed away on March 22, 2008 in Grants, New Mexico.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Nazario Noriega and Ignacia Noriega-Rodriguez; Brothers: Cipriano Noriega and Rosalio Noriega; Sisters: Elena Fierro and Jovita Chavez.
Pallbearers will be: Lalo Chavez, Nazario Noriega, Oracio Noriega, Cesar Chavez, Patrick Chavez and Jesus Noriega.
Visitation will be held on Monday-March 24, 2008-4:00-7:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.
