Mable Vigil

Funeral Mass for Mable Anna Vigil, 65 of San Rafael, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-August 28, 2008-10:00 AM at the San Rafael Catholic Church. Father Edwin Bryan will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Community Cemetery.



A rosary will be held on Wednesday-August 27, 2008-7:00 PM at San Rafael Catholic Church. Viewing will be at the Church from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday.



Mable was born on March 2, 1943 in Grants, New Mexico and passed away on August 22, 2008 in San Rafael, New Mexico. She had worked many, many years as a Teacher for the Grants Headstart and for Small Wonders. She will be missed by all.



She is survived by her children: Ruby Hobbs and husband John of Milan, New Mexico, Jessie Vigil and wife Linda of San Rafael, New Mexico, Lorraine Lerma of Avondale, Arizona, Wayne Vigil and wife Lori of Grants, New Mexico and Clara Vigil of Milan, New Mexico; Sisters: Flora Ortiz of San Rafael, New Mexico, Corine Rodriguez of San Rafael, New Mexico and Sostena Ortiz of Phoenix, Arizona; Brother: Cornelio Garcia of Milan, New Mexico; 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her husband: Ruben Vigil; Parents: Hilario Garcia and Clara Saavedra Garcia; Sister: Mary Garcia; Brother: Frank Aguilar; Granddaughter: Alexandria Vargas.



Pallbearers will be:JR Rodriguez, Destini Rodriguez, Adrian Romero, Ariana Romero, Wayne Vigil, Jr., Tasha Vigil, Jose Huerta, Cody Trout.



Honorary Pallbearers will be her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
