Lawrence Lucero

Funeral Mass for Lawrence Lucero 59, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-January 7, 2009-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. The Very Rev. Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



Visitation will be held on Tuesday-January 6, 2009-2:00PM-6:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary.



A Rosary will be held on Tuesday-January 6, 2009-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Chruch.



Mr. Lucero was born on February 16, 1949 in Gallup, New Mexico and passed away on January 2, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is survived by his wife: Lorraine Medina Lucero of Grants, New Mexico; Daughter: Cindy Medina of Grants, New Mexico; Granddaughters: Shania Medina and Erika Medina of Grants, New Mexico; sisters: Flora Emerson and husband Frank of Grants, New Mexico, Lupe Garcia of Grants, New Mexico, Cecelia Price of Grants, New Mexico and Lucy Marez and husband Boney of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Toby Lucero and wife Loyola of Questa, New Mexico.



He is preceded in death by his parents: Demetrio Lucero and Dolores Vigil Lucero, Brother: Jimmy Lucero.



Pallbearers will be: Jonathan Rodarte, Dempsey Emerson, Marc Garcia, Michael Marez, Jimmy Lucero, Paul Garcia, Curtis Marez and Mario DeMarsh.



Honorary Pallbearers: Sikey Montano, Randy Medina, Abe Medina, Michael Medina.
