Funeral Services for Lawrence "Dave" Hardway 73, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-January 19, 2011-11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church in Milan. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park with full military honors by the VFW Lodge 3221. Pastor Dale Thatcher will officiate.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday-January 18, 2010-5:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church.
Dave was born on March 7, 1937 in Strange Creek, West Virginia and he passed away on January 15, 2011 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner, and was also known for his Auto Dealerships and Muffler Shops. He was a Veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife: Virginia Hardway of Grants, New Mexico; Mother: Dorothy Loving of Grants, New Mexico, Children: Donna Moore and husband Allen of Grants, New Mexico, Melody Bratzel and husband James of Grants, New Mexico; Brother: Johnny Loving and wife Retha of Ohio; Sisters: Betty Legg of West Virginia and Mary Finch of Grants, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Mandy, Trenten, Krysta, Kami, Kaci, Kolton, Kayla and Tyler.
He is preceded in death by his father: Loyal Loving; Son: Terry Hardway.
Pallbearers will be: Allen Moore, Trenten Moore, James Bratzel, Tyler Vandiver, Ryan Thatcher and Jesse Hite.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Kolton Bratzel, Bob Hewitt, Buddy Marabal and Bob Tanton.
