Funeral Rosary and Mass for Lawrence Castaneda, 67, of Gallup, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-February 20, 2008-10:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Gallup, New Mexico. Burial will follow at a later date. Fr. Lalo will be the Celebrant.
Mr. Castaneda was born on April 21, 1940 in Gallup, New Mexico and passed away on February 16, 2008 in Gallup, New Mexico. He was retired from the Gallup Independent.
He is survived by his children: Ralph Castaneda and wife Margaret of Gallup, New Mexico, John Castaneda and wife Tracy of Grants, New Mexico, Lorranine Bejarano and husband Oscar of Gallup, New Mexico; Brother: Jerry Castaneda of Roswell, New Mexico; 13 Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son: Louie Castaneda and father: Florencia Castaneda.
Pallbearers will be: Oscar Bejarano, Phillip Ramirez, Jesus Ubanda, Rafael Rascon, Miguel Maldonado, Juan A. Cortes.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: John Greene, Lalo Paredes
