Funeral Service for L.B. Narramore 81, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Friday-February 29, 2008-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.
Mr. Narramore was born on September 27, ,1926 in Loveland, Oklahoma and went home to his Father in Heaven on February 26, 2008 in Grants, New Mexico. L.B. died peacefully at home with his wife Hazel, son Robert Narramore and daughter Pamela Joel at his side. L.B. loved to fish with family and friends, calf rope, and enjoyed visiting with his many family members and friends. He was baptized in the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church and acknowledged his faith in eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years; Hazel Seyfert Narramore of Grants, New Mexico; Son: Robert Narramore of Grants, New Mexico; Daughters: Pamela Joel of Prescott, Arizona and Marsha Narramore of Washington, DC; L.B. was honored with 13 grandchildren: Melissa Mamula, Seana Schwitzer, Monique Nicoll Harris, Sara Silvernale, Autumn Smaydy, Samuel Joel, Hattie Joel, Brandon Narramore, Skylar Narramore, Trey Narramore, Lacy Morin, Casey Morin; his great grandchildren: Shay and Bodie Narramore, Gracie, Molly and Claire Schwitzer, Austin, Haylie and Emma Silvernale, Emily Mamula, Stephen Reynolds and Asher and Jonah Harris.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Orville and Leta Narramore; Sister: Peggy McCandelss and Grandson: Stephen Mathew Smaydy.
Pallbearers will be: Brandon Narramore, Skylar Narramore, Trey Narramore, Chet Robinson, Cody McDaugale, Manuel Cruz, and Matthew Chavez.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Lynn Head, Wayne Spurgeon, Andy Hendrix, Pat Sanchez, James Oldfield, Pat Simpson and Bud Rieck.
