Services for Kenneth D. Clemons, 74 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-May 25, 2009-5:00 PM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will be held on Tuesday-May 26, 2009-1:00 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
Kenneth was born on October 22, 1934 in Kettle Falls, Washington and he passed away on May 19, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He retired from the US Navy, having served during the Korean War and Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Levantonio Clemons of Grants, New Mexico; Children: Gail Clemons of Pueblo of Acoma, Robin Clemons of Pueblo of Acoma, Donna Carpio of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Carmen Vallo of Pueblo of Acoma, Christine Ramirez of Pueblo of Acoma, Myron Garcia of Grants, New Mexico, Anita Garcia of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Arlene Garcia of Grants, New Mexico; Brothers: Russell "Rusty" Clemons of Spokane, Washington, Ivan Clemons of Spokane, Washington and O.G. "Clem" Clemons of Kettle Falls, Washington; 14 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his Parents: Walter Clemons and Rose Conner Clemons; Brother: Irving Clemons and Sister: Lorraine Clemons.
