He is survived by his wife: Charlette Gregory of Grants, New Mexico; Daughter: Amanda Christine Cathey of Grants, New Mexico; Brothers: Regan E. Cathey of Sauk Centre, Minnesota and Rev. Ronald S. Cathey of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Sister: Karen Lee Singh of Asheville, North Carolina.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Winston O. Cathey and Elnora Georgina Park Cathey; Brother: Bryan Cass Cathey.
