Juanita Gallegos

Funeral Mass for Juanita S. Gallegos 82, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Monday-January 28, 2013-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park.



A rosary will be held on Sunday-January 27, 2013-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.



Juanita was born on August 29, 1930 in and she passed away on January 24, 2013 in Grants, New Mexico.



She is survived by her children: Ray Gallegos of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ted Gallegos and wife Veronica of Grants, New Mexico, Danny Gallegos of Grants, New Mexico, Tommy Gallegos of Edgewood, New Mexico, Edward Gallegos and wife Mary of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Isabel Tafoya and husband Johnny of Grants, New Mexico; companion: Horracio Murrietta of Grants, New Mexico; Sister: Lucy Martinez of Grants, New Mexico, Alicia Benevidez of San Juan, New Mexico, Benita Jiron of Flagstaff, Arizona; 25 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.



She is preceded in death by her husband: Melton Gallegos; Parents: Vicente Sandoval and Sophia Sandoval; Children: Michael Gallegos, Rudy Gallegos, David Gallegos, Rose Mary Gallegos and Diane C. Gallegos; Brohters: Agapito Sandoval, Emiliano Sandoval, Eufimo Sandoval; Sisters: Tagracia Padilla, Matilda Jiron.



Pallbearers will be: Patrick Gallegos, Benny Lovato, Eugene Martinez, Rico Torrez, Tommy Gallegos, Jr., Andrew Molina, Brian Murrietta and Lucas Garcia.



Alternate Pallbear will be: Chris Ludi and Cassandra Lucero.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Michelle Gallegos, Dolores Lovato, Amberly Ludi, Tracy Tafoya, Misty Gallegos, Daniella Gallegos, Destiny Sanchez and Stephanie Martinez.
