Jose Olguin

Rosary and Funeral Mass for Jose Olguin, 66, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-March 15, 2007-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avilla Catholic Church . Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Father Alberto Avella will be the celebrant.



Mr. Olguin was born on September 13, 1940 in Milagro, New Mexico and passed away on March 11, 2007 in Grants, New Mexico after a battle with bladder cancer. He was a veteran of the US Air Force Serving during the Viet Nam War. He will be deeply missed by his loving mother, father, family, friends, and co-workers at Family Dollar.



He is survived by his wife: Merlinda Olguin of Grants, New Mexico; Parents: Jesus and Mary Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Children: Lennett and husband Joe Adams of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joe and wife,Patricia Olguin of Grants, New Mexico, Anthony and wife Shamarie Olguin of Florida, Stephen Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Brothers: Flory Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Filimon Oluin of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ernest Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Phillip Olguin of Grants, New Mexico, Jesus Olguin, Jr. of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Frank Olguin of Denver, Colorado, Michael Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Sisters: Becky Saiz of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Veronica Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Marylou Olguin of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Stephenie and husbnd Jeremy, Nicholette and husbnd Colin, Jenna and her fiance Sam, Estevan, Kaylyn, Radian, Toni and Joey; 5 Great Grandchildren; 86 Nieces and Nephews.



He is preceded in death by his sister: Reyes Vigil.
