Services for Johnnie Ross Freeland, Jr., 48 of Crownpoint, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-June 18, 2009-10:00 AM at the Crownpoint Christian Reformed Church. Burial will follow at the Crownpoint Community Cemetery. Pastor Gordon Stuit will officiate.
Johnny was born on May 12, 1961 in Gallup, New Mexico into the Big Roadrunner and for the Two who come to the Water People and he passed away on June 14, 2009 in Crownpoint, New Mexico. He had attended Rehoboth Christian School and TVI and Navajo Skill Center. He worked for Bashas for 18 years.
He is survived by his mother: Bernice Freeland of Crownpoint, New Mexico; Sister: Amanda Freeland of Crownpoint, New Mexico; Brothers: Frederick Freeland and Randy Freeland both of Crownpoint, New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by his father: Johnnie Ross Freeland, Sr.
Pallbearers will be: Benjamin Ahasteen, Steve Ahasteen, MJ Kelsey, Jr., Jerry Elwood, Brian Elwood, Edward Elwood, Murray House and Allen Elwood.
