Services for John W. Dressler 74 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-January 10, 2009-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Bob Britton will officiate.
Mr. Dressler was born on May 19, 1934 in Bluewater, New Mexico and passed away on January 7, 2009 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a longtime business owner in the area. John was also a Veteran of the US Airforce.
He is survived by his children: James Dressler and wife Margie of Thoreau, New Mexico, William Dressler and wife Donna of Brighton, Colorado and Linda Baisden and husband George of Milan, New Mexico; Brother: James Clifford Dressler and wife Cahterine of Modesto, California; Sisters: Margaret Telck of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Elouise Cumiford and husband James of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; 2 Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Jed Dressler and Christina Thigpen Dressler; Brother: Elmer Dressler and Sister: Lena Martin.
