Services for Jimmie Glen Yazzie, Sr. 57, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-January 24, 2009-10:00 AM at the Haystack Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Haystack, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastors Edward King and James Skeet.



Mr. Yazzie was born on August 10, 1951 in Grants, New Mexico and passed away on January 20, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is survived by his children: Pamela Yazzie of Grants, New Mexico, Anceta Emerson of Phoenix, Arizona, Darrell Yazzie and wife Anissa of Acoma, New Mexico and Jimmie Yazzie, Jr. and compassion Tomasita Curley of Mariano Lake, New Mexico; SistersL Jennie Garica of Haystack, New Mexico, Angie Yazzie of Prewitt, New Mexico, Margie Garcia of Haystack, New Mexico, Evangie Yazzie of Haystack, New Mexico, Angeline Yazzie of Haystack, New Mexico and Dolores Delgarito of Prewitt, New Mexico; Brothers: Phillip Yazzie of Haystack, New Mexico, Edward Yazzie of Haystack, New Mexico; Grandchildren: Jonathan Largo of Phoenix, Arizona, Amy Largo of Phoenix, Arizona, Elijah Jones of Phoenix, Arizona, Kasia Sanchez of Grants, New Mexico, Nevaeh Yazzie Acoma, New Mexico, Heather Yazzie of Acoma, New Mexico, Thomasina Yazzie of Mariano Lake, New Mexico, Roland Yazzie of Mesita, New Mexico and Taytum Yazzie of Mariano Lake, New Mexico.



He is preceded in death by his wife: Etta Yazzie; Parents: Jimmy Yazzie and Mary Martinez Yazzie.
