Funeral Services for Jerry James Chavez 41, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Wednesday-February 15, 2012-11:00 AM at the Potters House in Grants, New Mexico. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Lee Williams will officiate.



Visitation will he held on Wednesday-February 15, 2012 from 9:15 AM till 10:45 AM at the Potters House.



Jerry was born on May 17, 1970 in Grants, New Mexico and he passed away on February 11, 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



He is survived by his loving companion: Jerilyn Sarracino of Grants, New Mexico; Children: Rochelle Chavez and husband Eugene of Grants, New Mexico, Jerry Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Reanna Chavez of Grants, New Mexico; Grandchild: Josiah Chavez of Grants, New Mexico; Parents: Eloy and Sarah Chavez of Ogden, Utah; Brothers: Gary Gene Chavez and Peter Chavez of Ogden, Utah, Paul Chavez of Grants, New Mexico and Diego Chavez and wife of Ogden, Utah; Sisters: Sophia Williams and husband Lee of Lubbock, Texas and Mary Jane Schroulote and husband Otis of Ogden, Utah.



Pallbearers will be: Little Jerry, Rudy Baca, Bruno Sarracino, Johnny Chavez, Otis Mikey Shroulote, Jr., Raymond Chavez, Uriah Williams and Andrew Chavez.



Honoarary Pallbearers will be: David "Vat" Gonzales, Otis Shroulote, Sr., Paul "Casaba" Chavez, Joshua Williams, Francine Shroulote, Charlene Shroulote, Jessica Williams Heather Frank Chavez, Shaylynn Chavez, Letisha Chavez, Audrey Gonzales and Anthony Chavez.
