Jerry Baca

Funeral Mass for Jerry Baca, Jr., 82, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-September 9, 2008-10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avella Catholic Church. Burial will be held on Thursday at the Grants Memorial Park.



A Rosary will be held on Monday-September 8, 2008-7:00 PM at St. Teresa of Avella Catholic Church.



Mr. Baca was born on January 25, 1926 in Grants, New Mexico and passed away on September 6, 2008 in Grants, New Mexico. He was retired from the US Postal System as Postal Supervisor. Was a Veteran of the US Armed Services.



He is survived by his wife: Lola Chavez Baca of Grants, New Mexico; Son: Juan D. Baca and wife Viola of Ridgecrest, California; Daughters: Barbara Cregger and husband Kelly of Grants, New Mexico and Judy Baca and companion Tom Venardos of Las Vegas, Nevada; Sisters: Eloisa Baca of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Lydia Vigil and husband Del of Victorville, California; Aunt Premia Quiroz of Ventura, California: 3 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.



He is preceded in death by his Parents: Jeronimo Baca and Elviria Baca; Sons: Richard Baca and Leroy Baca; Brothers: Gave Baca, Felix Baca and Henry Baca.



Pallbearers will be: Christopher Cregger, Cory Cregger, Joseph Baca, Jacob Baca, Joey Baca, Eddie Trujillo.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Kelly Cregger, Jr.,Boney Chavez, Adam Gallegos, Kelly Cregger, Sr., Manuel Montano, Billy Joe Chavez, Salvador Benivedez, Tom Venardos, Frank Chavez, Jr., Frank Chavez, Sr., Ivan Chavez, Kevin Chavez.
