Funeral Mass for Jereme Joseph Leyba, 18, of Gallup, New Mexico will be held on Monday-January 15, 2007-10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral. The Very Rev. Lawrence O'Keefe will be the Celebrant.

A Rosary will be held on Sunday-January 14, 2007-7:00 PM at Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Jereme was born on May 16, 1988 in Gallup, New Mexico and passed away on January 4, 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona was an avid Dale Earnhart, JR. fan, 49er Fan and loved playing Texas Holdem and his music.

He is survived by his parents: Sam Leyba of Gallup, New Mexico and Bernice Lujan of Gallup, New Mexico; Daughter: Alexis Leyba of Gallup, New Mexico; Brothers: Robert Duckett of Gallup, New Mexico and Eric Leyba of Gallup, New Mexico; Grandparents: Vickie Leyba of Las Vegas, Nevada and Joe A. Lujan of Gallup, New Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Robert Leyba and Louise Lujan.
