He is survived by his Children: Jamelyn Youtsey of Bloomfield, New Mexico, Shalene Brandt of Bluewater Village, New Mexico, Liana Madrid of Gallup, New Mexico, James Russell Finegan of Sumerfield, Florida, Paul Patrick Finegan of Springerville, Arizona, Tommy Finegan of Gallup, New Mexico, John Finegan of Alabama, Anna Finegan-Regel of Riverside, California, and Mark Finegan of Riverside, California.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Pauline Finegan; Children: Tim Finegan, William "Bill" Finegan; Parents: Thomas Jerome Finegan and Mary Farrell Finegan; Brothers: Thomas Jerome Finegan, Jr., William Finegan, Matthew Finegan, and Eddy Finegan.
Pallbearers will be: James Russell Finegan, Paul Finegan, Thomas Finegan, Larry Youtsey, Anthony Silva, Eric Silva, Tyrell Finegan,and Buck Finegan.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: All of his Grandchildren.
