Memorial Mass for James Butkovich, 74, of Gallup, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-October 25, 2005-10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral. The Very Rev. Lawrence O'Keefe will celebrate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Butkovich was born on January 21, 1931 in Gallup, New Mexico and he passed away on October 18, 2005 in Gallup, New Mexico. He was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the US Navy. He was retired from Gurley Motors and California Supermarkets.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Butkovich of Gallup, New Mexico; Children: , Kathy Jaramillo of Gallup, New Mexico, and Robert Rosales, Jr. of Gallup, New Mexico, Elaine Rosales Lucero of Gallup, New Mexico Toni Johnson and Stephanie Hughes both of Kentucky; Brother: Carl Butkovich of Gallup, New Mexico; Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Anton and Mary Butkovich; daughter: Deborah "Debbie" Rosales.
