Funeral Services for Jacquetta Toledo 37 of Cuba, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-December 23, 2017-10:00 AM at the Hosaana Church-Crownpoint, New Mexico, Pastor Harry Cayadito will officiate. Burial will follow on Private Family Land in Crownpoint, New Mexico.



Jacquetta was born on October 7, 1980 in Gallup, New Mexico and she passed away on December 17, 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.



She is survived by her Children: Shmar Chavez, Kamar Chavez Quentin Chavez all of Torreon, New Mexico, Chelsea Chavez of Cuba, New Mexico and Katelynn Chavez of Torreon, New Mexico; Father: Jones Toledo of Torreon, New Mexico; Brothers: Jonah Toledo and Noah Toledo both of Torreon, New Mexico; Sisters: Natasha Toledo of Ojo Encino, New Mexico, Jacquelen Trujillo and Martha Toledo of Torreon, New Mexico.



She is preceded in death by her Mother: Cheryl Johnson,



Pallbearers will be: Tyson Johnson, Kevin Teller, Nowa Toledo, Emery Jacquez, Melvin Martinez, Fredrick Harrison, Isacc Toledo and William Johnson.



Honorary Pallbearers will be: Shamar Chavez, Kamar Chavez, Quentin Chavez, Jones Toledo, Jonah Toledo, Cameron Trujillo, Wes Castillo and Junior Toledo.
