Funeral Services for Inez P. Becenti, 90, of Gallup, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-December 8, 2005-10:00 AM at the New Rehoboth Christian Reformed Church in Rehoboth, New Mexico. Pastor Nathan Nobel will officiate. Burial will follow at the Rehoboth Mission Cemetery.
Mrs. Becenti was born September 15, 1915 in Ft. Defiance, Arizona into the Red Running into the Water People Clan and for the Zuni People Clan and passed away on December 4, 2005 2005 in Gallup, New Mexico. She was a homemaker and weaver all of her life.
She is survived by her children: Georgianna Becenti of Gallup, New Mexico, Ramona B. Silversmith of Coolidge, New Mexico, Ella V. Becenti of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Phyllis Becenti of Gallup, New Mexico, Claudina Bahe of Gallup, New Mexico and Albert Becenti of Santa Anna, California; 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband: Albert Becenti, Sr.; Parents: Ralph Plummer and The Red Lady Blackgoat Plummer; Son: Jay Becenti and a granddaughter: Karen J. Bateman.
Pallbearers will be: Fredrick Beach, Johnson Beach, Timothy Bahe, Aaron Becenti, Darius Yazzie and Patrick Jameson.
