Funeral Services for Helen J. Thompson 86, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday-August 2, 20-16-10:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Pastor Daniel Sanders will officiate.
Helen was born on November 19, 1929 in Crownpoint, New Mexico and she passed away on July 27, 2016 in Farmington, New Mexico.
She is survived by her Son: Lorenzo Thompson; Daughters: Juanita Begay, Mable Larry, Marita Farley and husband Albert, Corrina Allgire and husband Martin, Martha Fernando and husband Robert; Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Jimmie Jake Thompson, Sr.; Son: Jimmie Junior Thompson; Daughter: Marlene J. Fraker; Parents: Roy Jones and Norma Abeita Jones; Sister: Cecila Mescale; Brothers: Robert Jones and Richard Jones.
Pallbearers will be: Dexter Jay Begay, Martin Allgire, Xavier Allgire, Pierce Allgire, Neon Farley, Cody Farley
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Lorenzo Thompson, Albert Farley, Alex Wytewa, Robert Fernando, Aiden Maloney, Phillip Contreras.
