Funeral services for Helen M. Denton, 83, of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-September 24, 2005-11:30 AM at the Compassion Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Deacon Dennis Heppler will officiate.



Visitation will be held Saturday-September 24, 2005-9:00 -11:00 AM at Compassion Mortuary.



Mrs. Denton was born on May 11, 1922 in Whitehall, Montana and passed away on September 21, 2005 in Grants, New Mexico.



She is survived by her children: James Robert Denton of Grants, New Mexico and Cheryl L. McDonald of Weatherford, Texas: sister: Dorothy Edwards of Butte, Montana; Grandchildren: Mike Goforth and wife Kathy of Poolville, Texas, Todd Goforth and wife Shellie of Azle, Texas, Lucinda Hall and husband Andy of King Salmon, Alaska, Jarrod Denton and wife Ally of Apache Junction, Arizona, Shalena Denton of Phoenix, Arizona, Amanda Denton of Miami, Arizona, Levi Nuslein and wife Tabitha of Milan, New Mexico, Brian Nuslein of Grants, New Mexico; Great Grandchildren: Bart and Tryston Goforth , Ashley and Madison Goforth, Andrea, David, Jacob and Kendra Hall, Sidney Denton, Michael Denton, Brianna, Curtis and Levi, Jr. Nuslein.



She was preceded in death by her husband: James M. Denton; Parents: Elmer and Lucy Edwards; Daughters: Diana Lee Denton, and Cindy Sue Denton; Sister Margaret Adams; Brothers: Harold Edwards and Floyd Edwards.



Pallbearers will be: Jack Farley, Mike Goforth, Todd Goforth, Levi Nuslein, Brian Nuslein, and Jarrod Denton.
