Services for Harrison Daniel, 72, of Coyote Canyon, New Mexico will be held on Friday-September 12, 2008-10:00 AM at the United Pentecostal Church in Tohatchi, New Mexico. Pastor Jerry Eastridge will officiate. Burial will follow at the Tohatchi Community Cemetery.
Mr. Daniel was born on April 6, 1936 in Coyote Canyon into the Toadachinee (The Bitterwater People Clan and for the Red Streak People. He passed away on September 8, 2008 in Gallup, New Mexico. Harrison was retired from the Gallup McKinley County Schools as a Bus Driver-Custodian.
He is survived by his chidren: Loretta Clinton of Killeen, Texas, Steve Daniel of Gallup, New Mexico, Art Daniel of El Paso, Texas, and Ronald Daniel of Bread Springs, New Mexico; Brothers: Leonard Daniel of Tuba City, Arizona and Donald Daniel of Gallup, New Mexico; Sisters: Rose Mary Wood of Coyote Canyon, New Mexico and Gladys Wood of Coyote Canyon, New Mexico and 15 Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Marie Daniels; Parents: Clyde Daniel and Christine Becenti Daniels; Brothers: Russell Daniel and Herman Daniel.
Pallbearers will be: Fritzgerald Clinton, Aaron Wood, Roger Mace, David Wood, Gerald Wood, and Harold Wood.
