He is survived by his wifes: Nancy Abieta of Prewitt, New Mexico and Francis Yazzie of Grants, New Mexico; Children: June Abeita of Crownpoint, New Mexico, Calvin Martinez of Twin Lakes, New Mexico, Fabin Abeita of To'hajiilee, New Mexico, Casz Abeita of To'hajiilee, New Mexico, Herman Abeita of Pewitt, New Mexico, Lisa Abeita of Prewitt, New Mexico, Judy Abeita of Grants, New Mexico, Victor Abeita of Grans, New Mexico and Agatha Abeita of Grants, New Mexico; Sister: Ella Chapo of Pewitt, New Mexico; 13 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Bertha Martinez; Parents: Fred Abeita and Betty Abeita; Brother: Howard Abeita; Sister: Helen Hudson.
