He is survived by his Son: Leopoldo Hernandez of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Daughters: Evita Hernandez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kathy DeHerrera of Farmington, New Mexico and Melissa Page of Cache, Oklahoma; Brother: Ismel Baca of Grants, New Mexico; Sister: Libby Baker of Cortez, Colorado; 6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren and one on the way.
He is preceded in death by his Parents: Seledon Chavez and Selsa "Baca" Chavez.
